This IT services and solutions company are seeking experienced Business Analysts to provide high quality business design and business direction. You will manage workshops with customers to gather information and then impart the business knowledge to the technical teams and ensure they deliver on the requirements.
Major responsibilities of this role will include however not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with clients to understand business requirements
- Providing business product advice and guidance to systems analysts and developers
- Participate in bid reviews
- Providing pre-sales support when required
- Assisting in the management and direction of the product road map
- Providing assistance to testers in the development of testing materials
