Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Sydney
Talent International is seeking 2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join its Sydney team.
If you are currently working in a service related industry and possess a flair for customer service and an aptitude for sales then it is possible that you have the potential to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
What's involved?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be trained in the finer skills of professional recruitment, from search and selection and sourcing through to true candidate management, account management and networking. You will work closely with a team of senior account managers who will mentor, develop and assist with your continual growth. You will be supporting a range of high profile clients from NSW State Government, Banking & Finance, and the IT Services sector and will be educated in the process of identifying and selecting the best quality candidates for the high volume of roles we are expected to fill. As you develop you will have the opportunity to work more closely with our clients and contractors on site.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
