General Manager - Wellington

An exciting opportunity has arisen - we are currently seeking a General Manager with a strong sales focus to drive and oversee the launch and development of our Wellington business.

The Requirement

We require a General Manager with a strong sales focus who can drive and oversee the launch and development of our Wellington business. The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

• A significant and successful track record in the IT recruitment industry
• A strong network of client contacts within the Wellington marketplace
• The ability to devise and implement strategic plans
• Full P & L responsibility and a good level of commercial awareness
• The ability to be an ambassador for the wider business e.g. national and international PSAs
• Proven management skills and the ability to nurture and develop staff
• A cultural fit to our values i.e. Integrity/Passion/Teamwork/Continuous Improvement
• The ability to work with the Executive Management team and participate in an ongoing transformation program ( Project Aspire)
