Talent offered us something completely unique. I had an urgent need to support a complicated project. My department had an existing relationship with Talent so they were ideal to partner with. They came through for us on a number of levels; demonstrating an understanding of our needs and those of the program.  They had a very sound understanding of what we were trying to achieve in a short space of time. For an organisation to commit to deliver what we needed to achieve - and then actually achieve it was outstanding.
