Acquisition in South Australia

We are delighted to announce that we have agreed to acquire South Australian IT recruitment specialist the Tennyson Group.

The Tennyson Group (Tennyson) is a highly successful business which has operated over the last 15 years in the South Australian marketplace.  Tennyson has a significant presence in the South Australian Government, IT Services and Defence sectors. This merger will create an entity with an extensive delivery capability in the local SA IT industry, making Talent in SA a major force with annual revenues of approximately $20million.

Tennyson’s Founder and Managing Director Geoff Sandell (pictured above, left, with our Managing Director Richard Earl) will join Talent to oversee the integration and development of the two businesses in conjunction with Talent’s current SA General Manager, Anthony Whyte.

Talent and Tennyson are a great fit in both strategic and cultural terms and both parties are tremendously excited about their combined expertise and the opportunities that the future now presents. The merger also complements the very progressive and exceptional growth that we have recently experienced, and positions Talent as a clear leader in the supply of contractors to State and Federal government around Australia.
