Talent ranked number 18 on Australia’s Top 40 Best Workplaces to Give Back list

Talent has been named a recipient of the 2020 GoodCompany Top 40 Best Workplaces to Give Back in Australia award. Recognised for outstanding community contribution Talent was ranked 18 on the list of companies and was the only recruitment company named in the group of winners.

The Top 40 companies were deemed the best at empowering their employees to give back via payroll giving, paid volunteer leave, fundraising, sponsorship, staff rewards and other pro-social activities.

Talent’s Global CEO Mark Nielsen said the award was a fantastic acknowledgement of what has been a major focus of Talent and charity Talent RISE.

“Giving back is woven into the fabric of our culture at Talent. We want to make sure our people operate with a big heart, and give what they can to our communities - which includes our contractors, our colleagues and the many community causes we support."

Head of People and Culture - APAC, April Marcot said:

“We believe that giving back, represented in our value “give a damn”, is more important today than ever amidst the backdrop of coronavirus and the economic downfall. We walk the talk when it comes to this value and we work with our teams to enable them to give back to the communities within which we operate.”
