The Administration Officer will be involved in the day-to-day administration, as well as providing wide ranging administration and support functions this may include spreadsheets, invoicing, mail merges etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in general administration including spreadsheets, invoicing, mail merges etc.
  • Experience in ordering stationery and supplies
  • Able to take direction and follow through on tasks
  • Able to remain organised and prioritise work according to need or managerial direction
  • Experience in a front-facing position taking phone calls from the public
  • Australian licence and access to car to drive between sites
Key Skills
  • Prior experience working in an Administration Officer role
  • Prior Government experience would be advantageous 
  • Advanced computer skills and can quickly learn new programs
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great stakeholder engagement and ability to build trust and rapport
There will be traveled required between Frankston and Prahran offices
