Our highly valued client - a federal government body, is seeking an Administrative Officer to join a growing team to be located in their Geelong office. Our Geelong based client is transforming the disability sector by providing participants with the freedom to access funding based on their individual needs providing flexibility and choice.

You will responsible in ensuring the smooth operation of the team. With limited guidance, you will also be response for a broad range of duties ranging from:
  • General administrative assistance to support day to day activism within the office
  • Ensure delivery of all mail functions
  • Meet the objectives of the corporate business plan
  • Process electronic mail and invoices
  • Background in a similar role as an Administrative Officer
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Schedule and email management
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and manage a large workload 
  • Positive attitude towards disability - direct or indirect experience within this sector or within health, aged care, medical, not-for-profit, volunteering or community involvement HIGHLY regarded
