Talent International is working in partnership with a Local Council to assist in sourcing an experienced Administrator ( official title: Business Support Officer - Quality Management System)  who would be responsible for assisting the Business Improvement Officer in the implementation of the Quality Management System by reviewing and updating of documents for compliance, managing the quality management Intranet (FirstCall) page and cataloguing, storing and streamlining documents in electronic filing system (objective).

The role is a temporary position for up to 6 months based Western Sydney.

Key skills required:
  • Past experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a government or local council would be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of a Quality Management System.
  • Good level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and online records system.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing documents/attention to detail.
  • Well organised with good administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within a customer service environment.
