We are currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to work with our high-profile client based in Perth. In this role, you will be providing support for existing applications, as well as assisting with rollouts to further sites. With flexible work arrangements on offer, this is an opportunity to work on new and dynamic projects as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Day to Day requirements include:
- Resolving application support incidents
- Provide analysis and escalation for problems
- Provide support for application configuration and testing
- Assist with the implementation of application projects
- Monitor functionality and performance
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Extensive experience in an Application Support role
- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Experience working as part of a geographically distributed team
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- A genuine passion and motivation towards your work
