Our client is an evolving services organisation currently seeking to enhance their application support team within People and Culture.

Your new role will see you supporting and administering a range of cloud based applications for an expanding P & C team. You will also be responding to incident, problem and service requests within SLAs, investigating root cause and following the lifecycle through to resolution. Prior experience in working within ITIL environments is highly desirable and you will need to have demonstrated experience supporting applications within the HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance space.

Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications within the People and Culture/ Payroll/ Time and Attendance context
  • Excellent experience in SaaS, Cloud and Integration projects
  • ITIL experience or certification
  • An ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • The ability to build rapport and engage with a broad stakeholder group
Our client is offering a 6 month initial contract beginning in January 2021. Current policy is for all staff to work from home until further notice and interviews will be completed virtually.
