They are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist who will act as the operational point of contact and escalation point (1st and potentially 2nd line Support) for clients on a day-to-day basis. Your professional communication, technical knowledge, and creative problem-solving skills will ensure maximum client satisfaction with their series of products and services.
What I'm looking for:
- A background with SaaS products or Online Platforms
- Knowledge and experience with web technologies and standards (HTML & CSS/DNS/SMTP/API)
- Ability to analyse/troubleshoot technical issues and deliver technical instructions to non-technical audience
- Very good communication skills (written and verbal) over the phone, via email, and on live chat
- Must be a team player, with outstanding motivation and strong commitment to your role
- Friendly, personable and approachable, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Nice to have's
- Development or engineering background is a huge plus, but not essential
