Job Description

Our large federal government client is looking for a number of new, experienced team members to join a high performance project team. You will be working on an on-premise to cloud migration project, focused on moving a number of COTS applications, custom applications and databases to an AWS environment. Working in a first class digital business unit you will be supporting enterprise level communication internally and supporting outcomes for the wider Australian public.

Duration: Until Jan 2021 + possible extension
Location: Chermside (Brisbane North)


About the Role
  • Undertake a range of technical activities to design, build, test and maintain midrange and COTS applications across the environment
  • Work with the project team and vendors to elicit requirements to develop technical architecture documentation
  • Problem solve and undertake incident resolution where required
  • Research and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance current procedures and support new work practices
About You
  • Prior experience working on a cloud migration project (AWS highly regarded)
  • Significant experience developing and supporting applications using C#/.NET
  • Experience using Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps, including building automated pipelines
  • Exposure to OpenText CCM Suite, MSSQL databases, Git version control and Enterprise Application Integration is highly regarded
