- Act as tier 1 support and administrator for information systems, including an internal management system, CRM and the organisation's SharePoint instance
- Investigate, document and analyse information system issues and improvements, including server and/or other equipment upgrades, enhancements to existing software systems, and mobility requirements for the program.
- Prioritise and coordinate the implementation of the related projects such as mobility, software development and system enhancements, business process reviews and IT infrastructure upgrades to meet the requirements and expectations of the business and introduce operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate both technical and non-technical staff in the support, maintenance and development of information systems including front-end applications and databases.
