My large financial services client is looking for an experience business analyst to join their team on a fixed term contract (initially for 12 months). You will be working an organisation wide business improvement initiative, with a specific focus on home lending.

About the Role
  • Work with the project team to identify potential areas of business improvement within the lending process to improve efficiencies and cost effectiveness
  • Assess and critically analyse information gathered through a range of elicitation techniques to develop requirements and prepare the relevant documentation according to business analysis principles
  • Undertake business process improvement analysis on new and existing business opportunities through the utilisation of process modelling tools, to determine process improvements that deliver benefits for clients and which align to the whole of government benefits management strategy
  • Facilitate communication between the relevant business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure that business solutions are aligned with the business objective
About You
  • Significant demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst within the financial services or home lending space
  • Excellent stakeholder management/engagement and soft skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and manage expectations at a high level
  • Ability to work autonomously in an environment with swiftly changing priorities
  • Team minded, with a strong focus on delivery
