Position Purpose:
- Assist in driving improvements to the internal systems and processes which then translate to better services being delivered to our community.
- Document business requirements for technology projects and assist with business case development and procurement.
- You will have the opportunity to help shape the future vision for the client by enabling the delivery of efficient customer-centric services to our community.
- Experienced specifying large programs of work with program level business case development, business case definition, including ability to construct and analyse roadmaps, explore the different sequencing options, discover the dependencies, pros, and cons of different sequencing options, order of magnitude costs of different options.
- Must be demonstrably able to work without structure, supervision, or clear directions. Demonstrated ability to take on accountability for complex pieces of work and to work autonomously.
- Validate and justify business needs, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, including costing, considering the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders
- Experience with writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for Testing
- Experience with functional and user acceptance testing
- Exposure to Office 365 products (SharePoint and OneDrive)
