Your new role will see you reporting into the Delivery Lead and playing a key role in the successful delivery of a number of downstream projects. You will be accountable for gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder, analysing, developing, implementing solutions and driving operational improvements within the team.
This includes driving the reporting and performance processes; performing detailed analysis on the program to provide insights and track progress against targets and leading indicators; impact assessment of changes and implementation planning of new initiatives, and supporting day-to-day operations
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data and/or reporting analysis in a technical environment
- Extensive experience with Tableau
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing performance and progress reporting
- Ability to extract and manipulate information and data from key business systems using business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a range of complex environments
- Strong experience within the Telecommunications domain
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Prior experience in construction based projects
