In consultation with the project team this role will work closely with the business to assist in the analysing, design, and implementation of a new CRM system; this is a high-profile, multi-million dollar project and you will be joining in its infancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Own and develop relationships with stakeholders, working with them to optimise and enhance enterprise content management.
  • Business process mapping
  • Help design, document and implement system processes.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to technical team members.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, discover issues and deliver better value.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to project team.
Skills/ experience:
  • 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with large organisations.
  • Experience working on CRM implementations/upgrades.
  • Agile experience (user stories development)
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
  • Extremely organised with strong time-management skills.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
