Key Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Own and develop relationships with stakeholders, working with them to optimise and enhance enterprise content management.
- Business process mapping
- Help design, document and implement system processes.
- Communicate key insights and findings to technical team members.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, discover issues and deliver better value.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to project team.
- 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with large organisations.
- Experience working on CRM implementations/upgrades.
- Agile experience (user stories development)
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
- Extremely organised with strong time-management skills.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
