Our client, who is a recognised WA brand-name, is undertaking a significant strategic transformation program that involves national growth, business expansion and diversification, and significant enhancements to their technological capability. This business transformation provides an exciting opportunity for top-tier talent to join the existing technology team.

We are seeking to appoint experienced IT Business Analysts who have a background working within the insurance and/or financial industries, and related professional service type industries at an enterprise technology level.

You will have the following knowledge and skills:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an enterprise-technology Business Analyst - I.e. requirements gathering, process mapping etc.
  • Tertiary level degree or equivalent certifications
  • Extensive knowledge of project methodology (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industries preferred
  • Mergers & Acquisitions experience and/or Customer Lead & Sales Generation experience
  • Be able to work in a highly collaborative environment
