Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for management of requirement management to support high quality asset planning activities and use case development.
  • Lead customer engagement that supports strategic plans across Operational Technology.
  • Support the Strategy and Planning Principals within the team to develop roadmaps and strategies that support the Operational Technology strategy.
  • Develop and manage processes across the business unit.
  • Provide asset management lifecycle analysis to support capital planning and delivery.
Skills/ experience:
  • Significant experience working in an asset based organisation; i.e. within the Mining / Oil + Gas, Utilities, Engineering, Manufacturing sectors.
  • Ideally you will have an OT background in a Business Analyst or similar function.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with focus on a background working with senior stakeholders.
  • Requirement management background with a focus on functional requirements and business demand.
  • Strong document writing and presentation skills and business cases.
  • Background in process management.
  • Experience in facilitation of requirement workshops.
  • Project management exposure (desirable).
  • Experience working with maturity models and/or technical standards (desirable).
  • Understanding of Asset Management principles (e.g. ISO55000) also desired.
