An excellent opportunity has presented for an experienced Administration Officer Supervisor with to join an established team. This role will be both diverse and challenging and will person to support people within a specialised field.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
  • Be responsible for a broad range of duties to support Service Delivery leadership team including organising and implementing a variety of meetings and forums, liaison with community providers and external Agencies.
  • Be involved in day-to-day tasks that will support staff to deliver exemplary customer service to achieve best outcomes for participants.
  • ·Be responsible for ensuring delivery of administrative/planning support functions to the Service Delivery team/site.
  • Supervise and support a team of Business Support Officers to achieve performance targets.
Duties
  • Manage and support a team of BSO responsible for local business support functions.
  • Manage front of house activities including staffing rosters and reception functions.
  • Monitor and action workflow to ensure all incoming correspondence and/or work items are assigned and actioned within service standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate other relevant support to site such as record management, meetings, nominations, data entry, collation and maintenance, research, procurement and fleet.
  • Record information provided by participants in the Agency database in relation to changes or issues with their plan and ensure these are assigned for follow-up.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Manage internal and external relationships related to customer service activities.
  • Where required, provide support to other sites as directed by Line Manager and/or Service Delivery Leader for the region.
Skills and Personal Attributes
  • Competency, or ability to develop competency, in consistently applying assessment tools to identify support needs.
  • Competency with IT systems.
  • Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • General administrative assistance to support day to day activities within the office. 
  • Diary management, telephone enquiries and feedback.
  • You will work collaboratively with the team to support participants, ensuring they are informed and can access information to exercise their desired level of choice and control.
  • Work under limited direction to provide an administrative support team
  • Management of email and appointments.
  • Coordination of appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensure these facilities are neat and appropriately prepared for each participant.
  • Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Competency with IT systems.
  • Positive contemporary attitudes to people with disability.
  • Understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals.
  • Experience with supporting people with a disability would be an advantage
