Our client is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Lead to join on an initial 6 month contract with likely extensions. 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
  • 5+ Years Operations and contact centre lead experience in large scale environments
  • Must have experience in business services e.g. Contact Centre, Front line management and back office services.
  • Must have experience in improving and optimising the productivity and processes within Business services specifically within Contact Centre environment.
  • Must have knowlege of latest industry tools for optimising Contact Centre ops and customer contact.
  • Should have experience in capturing and measuring metrics.
  • Must have deep understanding of value chain and optimising the value chain in Business services.
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Should bring in thought leadership and industry knowhow in improving the contact center opps functioning.
  • Must have managed teams in multiple locations.
  • Go getter attitude.
  • An excellent communicator with strong experience engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels"
