Talent International is working in partnership with our client who is one of the country's leading life insurers to help source a Change and Communications Manager to work on an exciting and challenging undertaking. This role is a 6 month contract (likely extension) position and will be based in Sydney CBD (currently working from home). 

The successful candidate will apply change management process and tools to create strategies supporting the adoption of project deliverables, create actionable deliverables for change management levers including: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

Requirements:
  • Experience with change management and related tools and methodologies
  • Communications management
  • A background in financial services: Super / Life / Insurance - must have
  • Formal qualifications in organisational change management - nice to have
  • Strong stakeholder experience
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver against deadlines
