The role:
This Government client is seeking a Change and Communications Officer to join their small team. This role will suit an 'all-rounder' who is comfortable developing change strategies and communication plans and producing instructional guides and coordinating training for process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead change management and project communication activities
  • Identify change impacts for each group of stakeholders and develop appropriate interventions and activities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities to assess and evaluate change
  • Change Impact Approach and Program Level Impact Report
  • Communications Plan
You will need:
  • Strong experience working as a Change Analyst on transformation projects.
  • Well developed communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and project organisational skills;
  • High level stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • A sound understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
  • Excellent communication skills - articulate with the written and spoken word.
