Reporting to the Practice Change Manager on a major ERP, you will be working in a relatively immature change management environment and will have lots of opportunity to educate the business and build change capability as youmove through the project. You will be involved in managing stakeholder groups to do impact assessment, training needs analysis and then create training material.
In order to be considered we are seeking experienced individuals who can demonstrate the following:
- Experience and skills in the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of technical and process change projects and programs including ERP implementation and business process re-design.
- Demonstrated high level internal consultancy and facilitation skills and the ability to effectively engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated research and reporting skills, keen attention to detail, ability to write clearly and concisely, and to produce high quality educational and training materials, project and training plans and reports.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in training or capability needs analysis, instructional or educational design and flexible delivery of learning methodologies, including e-learning.
