Our client is a large a government department seeking to engage a Change Management and Learning Design Officer to provide efficient and effective learning analysis, planning, development and delivery for the Digital Products Program (DPP).

Contract initially until end of June 2020 + possible extension
Based in Brisbane City
Great hourly rate

Role Duties:
  • Develop learning and development activities including information sessions, workshops and training to facilitate effective, consistent and informative training delivery
  • Design, develop and review appropriate learning and/or learning materials on business systems, that assist staff to understand and apply their knowledge and training to practical workplace situations
  • Conduct training needs analyses and developing relevant training and development plans
  • Plan and support the provision of post-implementation operational support with relevant staff 
  • Assist in change management
Essential Experience
  • Learning and training design and development methods/models
  • Instructional design capabilities
  • Training program administration
  • Analytical and problem solving ability
Highly desirable experience:
  • Training delivery
  • Experience with a digital adoption platform (e.g. walkme)
  • Understanding of project communication and engagement principles
  • Understanding project management practices and deliverables
