Our well-known client in the education sector are currently seeking an organised and switched-on Change Manager to support a range of high profile projects. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience developing and delivering effective change management whilst building and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Project impact, readiness and risk assessments.
  • Stakeholder engagement and preparation.
  • Develop and deliver effective change and communication plans and change reports.
  • Manage stakeholders, including identifying and managing stakeholder issues and risks and report on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans.
  • Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop change management solutions for a range of complex issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting projects such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects with often competing timeframes
