Our client is looking for an experienced Change and Communications in order to join the team for an initial 3 month contract plus possible extensions.

Essential requirement and skills for this role:
  • Ability to identify organisational change management requirements for a given project and:
  1. Implement or improve the existing change process for projects as required
  2. Create required communication materials
  • Experience editing existing communication material by creating and integrating copywriting and graphics
  • Ability to create some graphics to assist with communication material
  • Copywriting experience would be highly desirable
  • Able to assist in delivering project outcomes by communicating directly with project stakeholders to co-ordinate project activities
  • Ideally a background in ICT with some level of technical understanding and the ability to translate to suit non-technical audiences
  • Prosci certified or experience in Prosci's ADKAR methodology.
