We have an exciting new role for an experienced change manager to join a major business transformation project in a permanent capacity. Our Client, a leader in the investment domain, is seeking someone to be accountable for developing and leading the Change Management approach across the portfolio of strategic initiatives and major projects.
  • This role will create and apply strategies to ensure change is dynamic, efficient, drives adoption and proficiency with the desired outcomes.
  • Develop and manage change management strategies and plans.
  • Develop our Client's approach to change management for successful business transformation.
  • Provide advice and expertise in change management including mentoring and coaching.
  • Provide change management support for large-scale transformative initiatives.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive effective assessment, management and communication of change impacts related to projects managed.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Solid experience, 5 to 10 years' experience and knowledge of applying change management principles in Financial Services/Insurance or in a consulting firm performing equivalent duties.
  • Understanding of project and change management approaches in a commercial business environment.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and applying change management. Experience in finance/banking industry, ideally investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A highly regarded capability in written communication across a number of media.
  • Strong commercial acumen that facilitates the translation of a complex program into a clear change plan.
  • Related experience and/or a working knowledge of developing a change management plan.
  • The ability to work in complex multi-dimensional environments at various levels of the organisation.
  • A successful career track record in Change Program Management experience, running large transformational programs or significant operational change projects.
  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
