This is an intial contract until June 2020 with possible extensions.
Essential requirements for this role:
- Appropriate change management qualifications e.g. Prosci tools and methodologies;
- A sound and practical understanding of how people go through change and the change process;
- Extensive experience in implementing change management for transformational projects;
- Understanding of Information management/records management, particularly transforming manual processes to paper-lite/digital processes leveraging EDMRS functionality;
- Experience in undertaking current and future state analysis to determine the approach to building a digitally enabled department leveraging EDMRS and other system functionality;
- Experience implementing Activity Based Working/Workspace projects and establishing the new working cultures;
- Experience in designing, creating and delivering communication and training material across a variety of audiences;
- Sound understanding of project management and the linkage of technology, process and change;
- Experience with business transformation, operational process and/or technology implementations.
