Job Description

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team and they require a support expert to join their level 2/3 support team to manage their unified communications environment.
The role requires technical skills across multiple platforms to ensure operational service levels are maintained while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Requirements:
  • Provide support of Unified Communication systems using service management framework incorporating service request fulfilment, incident, change and problem management processes
  • Develop major and minor enhancements to Telephony & Call recording systems
  • Liaise with the clients systems users
  • Provide technical advice to Infrastructure team leader and leadership team
  • Participate and act as a subject matter expert in IT projects that  align with the strategic initiatives
  • Act as an enabler for support engineers, working closely with teams
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of technologies and stay abreast of current industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Major incident managementArchitecture and design collaboration
