Job Description

Talent International are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Service Concierge officer to join one of our NSW Government Departments based in Sydney CBD. This position is a contract role currently approved till November with a high possibility of being extended. This position is paing an hourly rate of $28.60 per hour plus superannuation.

Key Responsibiltiies: 
  • Meet and greet customers;
  • Answer customer enquiries about products and services; assist customers with completing forms;
  • General administrative duties;
  • limited reception duties; photocopying;
  • ensuring applications forms are stocked;
  • managing the flow of customers and generally managing the floor.
To Be Successful:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels in a variety of situations including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Front office experience 
  • Adapting to frequent change to workload and processes.
