- The CSO within the Service Centre - Private Management will undertake the oversight and supervision role of Private Managers appointed by the Supreme court
- The CSO will support the Private Managers by advising them and processing their requests and proposals via Manager Plan and Change-in-Estate.
- The CSO is required to manage calls coming into the Service Centre and attend to provision of information and support.
- Other tasks performed by the CSO includes issuance of Directions and Authorities provision of information
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Real Estate or Tenancy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
