Due to increased business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Service Desk Manager, to join an Australian owned and based company in Sydney CBD.

Your day to day responsibilities will be as follows:


Service Desk/Contact Centre Centre Team Leader experience ideally within a B2B IT Systems business

Exposure managing a team of 5+ Contact Centre Specialists within a complex technical environment

Ensure a high level of customer SLA's are delivered with exceptional customer service.

Day to Day mentoring and team leadership including training and reporting to the senior leadership team

ITIL knowledge is preferred to enhance service delivery

All candidates must be currently based in Sydney with full Australian working rights.
