The Role:

As the Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing the negotiations, drafting, and finalisation of service level agreements and contracts for the service requirements laid out by the COVID-19 Accommodation program.

The Responsibilities:
  • Manage the fulfilment of service of contracts that are made between individual service providers
  • Negotiating with service providers and keeping service providers accountable for contractual obligations.
  • Ensure that service level agreements and contracts are accurate and fulfill the requirements of the COVID-19 Accommodations program
  • Provide reporting and contractual compliance documentation to ensure all aspects of the contract management lifecycle are being adhered to
  • Support contract processing, management, maintenance and performance of a selection of service contracts in relation to hotels, accommodations, logistical services
The Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a Contract Manager role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large contracts, including oversight of service level agreements for high-impact services in complex legislative environments.
  • Ability to manage vendors and reach viable commercial agreements
  • Government experience and knowledge of government procurement practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
