This iconic WA company are about to embark on a number of projects throughout the 9 month period. The successful candidate will be joining a high performing team who strive to bring innovation and success to their work. This role will be centred on contract management for one of their overseas operations.

Duties will include:
  • Conducting meetings with stakeholders to understand their procurement needs 
  • Driving regular meetings with suppliers and monitoring performance as part of contract management 
  • Negotiating rates and contracts with existing and new suppliers
  • Preparing contracts, variations, notices and directions
  • Managing documents in online systems 
  • Identifying issues, providing solutions and escalating to affected stakeholders 
Experience required
  • Experience managing or administering contracts and preparing contract documentation 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Great customer engagement and service skills 
  • Excellent record keeping and filing abilities 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks 
  • Knowledgeable in SAP as well as Ariba (desirable) 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and tricky formatting 
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel functions including filters and pivot tables
