To be considered for this role you must be locally Perth based and be open to working on a FIFO roster of 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a similar cost control role in a large and complex environment
- Ability to maintain costs within the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Experience in developing budget estimates and providing timely and accurate project forecast reporting
- Previous experience working in the mining sector a must
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with integrated computerised financial systems
- High level organisational skills, resource management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with extensive analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to facilitate the Change Management Process
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP
- Previous experience working in a FIFO role preferred
