Talent International are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Officers to work in a Government call centre in Lithgow NSW. These positions will be full time contract roles till end of January 2021 with a high possibility of being extended and paying an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour plus superannuation.

Working Hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week / Working between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday

Key Accountabilities: 
  • High volume inbound calls
  • Will be resolving debt enquiries
  • Will be resolving penalty notices and enforcement orders
  • High volume contact centre
Essential Requirements: 
  • Looking for people who have excellent customer service experience - will be dealing with challenging customers
  • Looking for people who have good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a call centre would be ideal 
  • Previous government experience is preferred but not essential
