- Assisting customers via incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
- Problem management and triage
- Escalating issues to different departments
- Updating customer contact details in the system
- Engagement with resolver teams for resolution and follow
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a call centre role or similar (desirable)
