As a Customer Support Specialist, located in the heart of Adelaide, you will be working in a dynamic and complex environment where exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, communication and time management skills are essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dedicated, passionate and committed about helping people and keen to improve our client's services. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
  • Call center/Help Desk experience (2+ years highly regarded)
  • Call logging/Ticketing Systems experience is required (ideally BMC Remedy)
  • Strong understanding in MS Office suite
  • Understanding of ITIL processes 
  • Good phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a small team environment and build good customer relationships
  • Must have a background in IT with technical support experience. 
ADDITIONAL 
  • National Police Clearance - essential
