Working within a major operation centre, you will be expected to thrive in delivering customer service excellence as well as assisting the team in ensuring all Service Levels and KPI's for the Customer Support team are met.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical support and monitoring day-to-day operations
  • Logging and resolving network incidents to ensure SLA's are met at all times
  • End to end responsibility for the resolution of issues
  • Investigate and resolve 1st level incidents and service requests via various support channels
  • Contribute to the team compliance and quality assurance management

Key skills and experience required:
  • Must be comfortable with working a shift roster, which can include night work or weekends
  • Must be eligible to pass a Victoria Police clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high customer service along with prompt and timely execution of tasks,
  • Ability to define processes and procedures
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet SLA's
