Skills and experience required:
- High quality customer service with service desk and incident management experience.
- Experience in cyber security, in an operational technology environment.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT & cyber security practices and products (including cloud-based technologies).
- Knowledge of encryption technologies, ethical hacking, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment techniques.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data and information for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SIEM and/or log management products and in querying available logs to apply contextual analysis.
- Experience with secure development lifecycle (SDL) will be desirable
