Due to significant growth, our client based in Geelong is seeking an experienced Data & Process Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Process Design and working in a team, you will be responsible for the mapping, modelling, analysing and improving internal and externally facing processes across the organisation. This role will provide expertise in process engineering, within a service delivery environment and will oversee the development of new processes, process maps and technological design to ensure improvements to the stakeholders. Your key accountabilities will be - Process Analysis, Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management.

To apply for this opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years hands-on process re-engineering and continuous improvement experience delivering tangible, sustained business benefits.
  • Experience in project and change management approaches to deliver and embed change.
  • Strong skills in Business Process Modelling mapping full end to end business processes.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, statistical software and business intelligence tools (Excel, SAS, Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Project & Change management experience or qualifications - Agile, PMP, Prince2, Prosci/ADKAR.
  • Human Centred Design/Service Design, BPM and Automation experience will all be a bonus skill.
