Experience required for the role
- The migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Enterprise required either automatic overnight migration or manual migration of workstations that have special software installed and floor walking for post-migration support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Missing desktop shortcuts, files, folders, Missing Favourites, Possible Outlook client issues, Drive Mappings, Citrix Client issues,IE, Chrome, MS Edge , Local Administrator privileges, Workstations set up as Virtual Machines/Servers etc.
- The candidate must be flexible to travel to the different business unit.
