The Role
This Government Department is seeking an experienced Development Lead to manage a small development team in the implementation of Salesforce across the department. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity that will run until the end of June 2020, with a start date in January. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Salesforce solutions in accordance with business requirements and non-functional requirements
  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers to build the solution
  • Set up and manage Salesforce environments
  • Perform code review
  • Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration
  • Recommends and/or designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs
Key Skills
  • Experience in Salesforce architecting solutions and designing system providing information management, data services, systems integration, enterprise, and cloud solutions
  • Experience in leading Salesforce development team
  • Extensive Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certification
