A new opportunity for an End User Computer Engineer to join a friendly, flexible and modern office in the Bayside Suburbs. Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be part of a core team that supports the end-user computing devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and desktop computers. This is a level 2 and 3 ICT support opportunity and you will be working with both physical and virtual systems while performing overall desktop/end-user computing devices engineering, analysis configuration, and performance management.

Our client has a large pipeline of projects in the pipeline due to their ICT Transformation. This role will have variety and you will have the chance to learn new products such as MS Intune and Autopilot. They have a fun, flexible team and support diversity and a work-life balance. They are close to public transport and free parking is a short walk away. 

To apply for this opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a level 2 / 3 desktop engineering support role working with end-user computers
  • Experience with application packaging and deployment - essential
  • Strong experience with SCCM - essential
  • Experience with patching
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, 0365 and Group Policy
  • ITIL Certified
  • Excellent customer service skills and great communication skills
  • A willingness to help others and work in a collaborative environment
