Job Description

  • Experienced Enterprise Architect
  • 3-month initial contract with possible extensions
  • Adelaide Based Role
Currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect. The role is within the Strategy and Architecture team focusing on enterprise strategies. The successful candidate will need to undertake enterprise and solution architecture work including a review and revision of the related policies, frameworks and processes.

The Enterprise Architect will be required to engage and work with:
  • Other Enterprise Architects;
  • Directors, managers and technical experts across the business; and
  • Senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and document in-scope artefacts;
  • For each in-scope artefact, in consultation with relevant stakeholders, analyse and document:
  • Relevant sub-artefacts;
  • Align to the EA operating model and architectural frameworks
  • Understand technologies currently deployed and key issues associated with these;
  • Overlay current technologies and integrations onto the business capability model
  • Outline a preferred future state architecture including changes to technologies deployed and the rationale for these changes; and
  • Develop a solution architecture maturity assessment that demonstrates solution maturity aligned to business and technical requirements and digital strategy.
Skills: 
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large and complex ICT environment;
  • Proven experience developing high level costings for technology projects;
  • Proven knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, with emphasis on capability-based enterprise architecture planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); and
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
