Job Description

This federal client is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join the team for an initial 6-month contract. You will be working in both in Brisbane and on-site on implementation projects!

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your experience in routing, switching, VLAN's and general networking trouble shooting
  • A general knowledge of Telecommunications infrastructure
  • Install onsite hardware & software solutions
  • Assist in development & delivery of end-user training
  • Provide in-house technical support as part of the help desk team
Your Experience
  • Windows Server 2008 - 2016
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • LAN Support
  • Back-up solutions
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge (Server / Networks / Desktops)
  • Strong IT application skills including system interface
  • Field support experience incl implementation, commissioning, training and fault finding
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Capacity to proactively grasp new concepts and apply on-the-job
