The Role:
  • Responding to phone and email technical requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Onsite maintenance visits to assess technical issues or implement new setups.
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with client's staff ranging from juniors to senior managers. 
  • On and offsite computer/server maintenance (Windows environment)
  • Assisting new customers with requests over the phone and assisting our clients with technical requests.
  • Be able to work autonomously and provide spectacular technical support.
  • Building and configuring of new hardware.
The Successful Candidate Will Have the Following Skills:
  • Minimum 24 months experience providing IT support.
  • Excellent proficiency of the English language (both written and verbal) along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound technical troubleshooting methodology.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge, including:
  • IT Systems
  • Remote user support
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Computer Hardware, printers and peripherals
  • Advanced knowledge Windows 7 and later versions
