Our client requires an experienced Finance Officer for a 1-month contract (with possible extension for another month) located in Thebarton. The position will commence with in the next week.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Debt Collection including contacting customers by phone and email
  • Enter customer remittances and journals into ERP system
  • Preparation of debtor paperwork for collections including Statements and weekly debtor emails
  • Debtor reconciliations
  • Processing of Debtor payments via Credit cards and cheques
  • Undertake Customer set up into ERP
  • Raising Invoices for Hardware and Annuity Billing
  • Accounts Payable functions including data entry and payment processing
  • Undertake Creditor set up into ERP
  • Assist in the preparation of the Monthly and Annual Accounts Trial Balance / P&L / Balance Sheet
  • Undertake reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with local and overseas suppliers and partnersBackup for preparation of on-line payroll facility and associated financial transactions to General Ledger
